Grrrrrrr.....

We are having troubles again with the place we have a vehicle loan through. When we got the loan, the place started tacking on an extra $100.00 to our monthly payment every month for insurance. They said we didn't have insurance even though we do and we sent all the proper info. Our vehicle insurance even sent info and called them. We all called and called and called these people and every time they would say it's all in the computer and fixed. The following month we'd have to start all over again because they added the damn extra for insurance on our bill again. Now we just had to make a change to our insurance because our youngest son has started driving. We got a letter in the mail from the loan place stating we don't have the proper insurance and we'll be getting charged if we don't let them know we have our own insurance!!!!! AAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHHHHH!!!!! THIS PLACE IS DRIVING ME FUCKING MAD!!!!!!!!!! As soon as I read the letter I called our local bank and set up an appointment to see about getting a loan to get away from this other company!! It's bad enough that this place calls us EVERY WEEK DAY to ask if we need any other loans or financial help. We have told them to stop calling us, but they keep calling every day and ask the same exact thing. If you ask me this is harassment. We have told them to stop and they keep calling. I'm really hoping that when they put up the tower next moth we get such good cell phone service that we can disconnect the regular phone. And hopefully we get a new loan with a different company this week so we wouldn't have to deal with this horrible banking company anymore!!!! I don't want to give the name of the company we are having problems with because I don't want their ad plastered on my page. The place has a two word name W-F ...If you fall down a WELL you will have FAR to GO! If their ad shows up I'm deleting that sentence.
