Race weekend coming up!!

My hubby is running a 1/2 marathon race this weekend. Last year he ran a relay marathon with his brother and nephews. It was the Berkie Run in Hayward, WI. running hills that were straight up & down through the whole run. That was his first time running any kind of race. This year his family couldn't run the Berkie race because of all the new babies this year, so he decided to run a couple local races. He's been running all summer getting in shape to run the whole half marathon. Well, he's been running for years, but he's stepped it up a bit for the marathon.
